The Catalogue Committee and Approval Process

Compilation of a Catalogue Raisonee necessitates, among other things, the consultation of a Committee comprised of respected people having extensive knowledge of the artist’s life and works. The Committee is crucial in determining whether or not a work should be included in the Catalogue. Fortunately, our committee is formed by people who are both knowledgeable in the field and, for the most part, were friends of the artist, Carlos Goico, as well as the author of the catalogue. The Committee meets periodically to review works that have been submitted for consideration. A decision is then made by the Committee on whether or not to include the respective work in the Catalogue. It is also possible that the Committee will decide to review further a work in question. The Committee’s decision to include a work in no way constitutes a Certificate of Authenticity.

We guarantee the confidentiality of all of our procedures.
